Fleetwood

Fleetwood is located on the 12th concession east of St. Mary’s Road. While there is little evidence of a hamlet there today, it once had a school, church, lumber merchant, blacksmith, carpenter, teacher, store keeper, shoe maker and pedlar.

Family names of this era included – Steeples (Staples), Touchburn Morrow, Shea, Robinson, Stacey, Wicks, Magee.
